An attacker who successfully exploited the vulnerability could execute code with elevated permissions.</p> <p>To exploit the vulnerability, a locally authenticated attacker could run a specially crafted application.</p> <p>The security update addresses the vulnerability by ensuring the Windows Kernel properly handles objects in memory.</p>
