Vulnerability Overview TanStack npm Supply Chain Attack: Attackers pushed 84 malicious versions of the package within a 6-minute window. These packages spread via a decentralized messenger, stealing credentials and infecting the maintainer's packages. Grafana Labs Compromise: The attacker gained unauthorized access to Grafana Labs' GitHub repositories using a GitHub workflow token. Canvas LMS Vulnerability: ShinyHunters exploited a vulnerability in the Canvas LMS Free-For-Teacher service, resulting in a data breach and ransom demands. Copy Fail Vulnerability: Xint.io disclosed a Linux local privilege escalation vulnerability that allows attackers to rewrite cached file contents without touching the disk. Dirty Frag Vulnerability: Hyunwoo Kim released a Proof-of-Concept (PoC) exploiting vulnerabilities across multiple Linux distributions, including ESP Page-Cache Write and RxRPC Page-Cache Write.
