Vulnerability Type: NULL Pointer Dereference Affected Function: Trigger Condition: Repeated cold boots causing a NULL pointer crash in when checking throttle policy state before it is fully enabled for the queue. Root Cause: Inadequate validation during early initialization, allowing to return NULL and to become NULL, resulting in subsequent dereference attempts. Fix: Strengthening to require the throttle policy bit to be set on the queue, preventing from accessing throttle group state until policy data is properly attached.
